Kathmandu, April 25: The National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) today held a workshop to illustrate the overview of activities for reconstruction and rehabilitation works carried out by Nepal Government and Japan in the aftermath of the massive earthquake.
Kathmandu, April 26: The National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has released the name list of the house-owners eligible for receiving the quake grants in worst-hit different 11 districts. The name list of 300,961 households in 393 VDCs from 11 districts were released by the NRA.
Kathmandu, April 25: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today urged the foreign investors and tourists to not harbour any reluctance to invest and travel in Nepal. "The last year's earthquake has not inflicted damages to all the areas of Nepal, the damage is only partial," PM Oli said, adding, "The big rumour of the insecurity of visiting and investing in Nepal is not true."
Bhimduttanagar, April 25: Wildfires in different community and national forests including Shuklaphant Wildlife Reserve Area have destroyed over 10,000 hectares of forests. The District Forest Office informed that the fires have destroyed over 50 community forests and national forests as well.

Talking to journalists after attending a free text book distribution programme to the students at Janata Secondary School of Mahottari district today, Minister Pokharel informed that the government was preparing to call the monsoon session of parliament.
Kathmandu, April 25: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today called for expediting the reconstruction campaign with confidence. At a programme held at the Swoyambhunath, PM Oli conceded that the reconstruction could not accelerate even a year after the massive earthquake and pledged not to delay it anymore.

This assistance comprises a budget support in the form of a state building contract of Euro 100 million (equivalent to approximately Rs 11.95 billion) and Technical Assistance of Euro 5 million (equivalent to approximately Rs 11.95 billion). This assistance was pledged during the International Conference on Nepal's Reconstruction (ICNR) in June 2015, according to the Ministry of Finance.
