Okhaldhunga, May 20 (RSS): State 1 chief minister Sherdhan Rai has said the better days are ahead for the Nepali citizen. Talking to media persons today while returning to the capital from Rumjatar, the chief minister said the days of hardship of Nepali people were coming to an end.
He went on to say that electricity at every home, better roads in every village and facilities of drinking water, education, health and irrigation for every community were the priorities of the three-tier government as per the government campaign for 'prosperous Nepal, happy Nepali'.
"It may take time, but the priority will be given to the elimination of all sorts of poverty and unemployment issues," he said, underlining the need of unity among Nepalis for the development.
He returned today following his three–day trip to Okhaldhunga and during his stay in the eastern mountainous district, he inaugurated the Rumjatar Gumba (the Buddhist temple), participated in the feasibility study of Rumjatar Smart City and a cultural programme.
